Strapping Machines & Heads

Strapping equipment available with a range of heads according to the requirement, strap bricks, blocks, tiles and other building materials. Bundle heavy and bulky items like bricks or concrete blocks, keeping them together and are easier to move. By bundling building materials we limit the opportunity for damage, enable materials to stay in place and keep organised for storage and transportation. 

Plastic Strapping

Secure bundles and prevent shifting during transit or storage. Use Signode BXT series hand tools with PP or PET strap providing a portable, easy to handle, and perfect for on-site use, offering flexibility when securing materials at different locations. Plastic strapping is often more affordable than steel alternatives and is lightweight, making it ideal for many construction projects.

Protect pallets during storage or in transport vehicles to avoid movement or damage. Workers can quickly and securely bundle items, making them easier to move, store, and manage, while also reducing the risk of damage or loss.

Steel Strapping

Secure heavy loads such as steel beams, concrete blocks, or large bundles of rebar. The strength of steel strap helps keep the materials tightly secured, even under significant weight. Steel strapping can withstand harsh weather conditions, making it perfect for outdoor use or long-term storage in construction sites. Steel strap is used in more demanding industrial construction projects where additional strength is needed, such as when securing large machinery or steel structures.

We provide multiple variations of steel strap, Apex® and Magnus® to be used with Signode steel strapping hand tools.

Stretch Wrapping & Hooding

Our solutions can support to prevent damage from moisture, dust, and rough handling, as well as securing items for easy stacking and efficient shipping. Offering multiple types of wrapping equipment including Octopus® Ring wrappers, Lachenmeier® stretch hooders, turntable, rotary arm and orbital wrapping equipment to meet the needs and space requirements of your facility.

Stretch Film

Use Logowrap white cast film that is printed with your brand applied by a special carriage available with Octopus® wrappers. Keep your products on site / transport with the protection stretch film offers adding the additional benefit that the stretch film is printed with your logo to represent your brand.
