The Revolution Z634 Up‑Packer and Revolution Z634 Down‑Packer are highly effective solutions for applications requiring cotton strapping, thanks to their precision handling, consistent positioning, and robust mechanical design. The Z634 family is engineered exactly for this balance of reliability and delicacy.
Designed specifically to address ginning and baling challenges, both systems support high production speeds (up to 60–65 bales per hour for the Down-Packer and 75–80 bales per hour for the Up-Packer), while their modular designs simplify maintenance and keep operations running at full capacity.

Tenax® Polyester (PET) Strap
A durable, lightweight strap designed to provide strength and durability to loads. PET straps are highly resistant to environmental factors such as moisture, UV rays, and extreme temperatures.
This makes them suitable for outdoor storage and transport, where materials like cotton and hay may be exposed to harsh conditions. PET straps won’t degrade or lose their strength as quickly as other materials might in these conditions.
