Paper Dunnage Bags

Signode paper dunnage bag is a new generation of paper airbags, equipped with the patented Striker™ valve based on venturi technology. This allows for very simple and fast inflation of the airbag.

What are Dunnage Bags Used for?

Inflatable cushioning solutions to secure and stabilize cargo during transport. Filling empty spaces in loads which travel by trucks, railcars or intermodal shipping containers. In absorbing shocks and vibrations this supports to reduce the risk of possible damages.

How do I inflate Dunnage Bags correctly?

Use a recommended inflation tool (such as a Signode inflator) for proper air pressure. The inflation tool can vary according to the type of valve. Signode provides dunnage bags with multiple valves including flex, light, reuse and the Striker valve.

Polywoven Dunnage Bag

Dunnage bags produced with an outer layer of polywoven and inner bladder made from high quality PE film.

What is the difference between Polywoven and Paper Dunnage Bags?

Polywoven Dunnage Bags: Made from a durable polywoven material, these bags are highly resistant to moisture and punctures, making them ideal for heavy-duty or humid environments.Paper Dunnage Bags: Constructed with multiple layers of kraft paper, these are partially eco-friendly and suitable for lighter loads. They are often preferred for sustainability-focused operations.
