Tier Sheets and Top Frames
Protecting and stabilizing palletized loads of containers throughout storage, handling, and transportation.
- Tier sheets, typically manufactured from durable polypropylene, are placed between layers of cans, PET bottles, or glass containers to improve load stability, distribute weight evenly, and prevent product damage or contamination.
- Top frames are positioned on the upper layer of a palletized load, creating a rigid structure that secures the load and increases stacking strength during warehousing and transit.
Together, these reusable packaging components help beverage manufacturers reduce product damage, improve palletizing and depalletizing efficiency, support automated handling systems, and lower packaging waste through repeated reuse.
