PCB Conveyors
We understand the importance of minimizing the risk of accidental electrostatic discharge and take that into account with every conveyor system. From belting to optional ESD wrist strap receptacles, these electronic conveyors will support secure transport of electrical products. Our conveyors are capable of running independently utilizing an on board Allen-Bradley® PLC, but the system is designed to be linked to other up-line and down-line systems using SMEMA communications.
Our electronics conveyors can be used as a simple means of spanning large distances or these systems can be outfitted with sophisticated controls, cooling fan banks, guide rails, integrated vision and other accessories. These systems are most commonly used to accept board from wave solder systems.
Edge Belt Conveyor
Modular, stand alone conveyors designed to convey ESD-sensitive material by its edges between manufacturing processes. These conveyor systems are most commonly used to convey Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies.
Flat Belt Conveyor
Flat belts are used to convey a variety of electronics and ESD-sensitive products between manufacturing processes. Provide full support across the bottom of the product while ensuring an electrostatic dissipative conveying process.
Power & Free Conveyor
Roller chain conveyors used to transport product between manufacturing processes while contacting the product only along its edges (requires 5 mm edge clearance). Power and Free conveyors can be used as a simple means of spanning large distances or for end-of-line accumulation. Ergonomic workstation accessories can also be added.
Spiral Brush Aligning Conveyor
Designed to reintroduce printed circuit boards (PCBs) to edge-guided handling after off-line production processes. This system is most commonly used after an aqueous board washing station to reorient PCBs and feed them back onto the edge-guided conveyor in the printed circuit board assembly line.
Workstation Conveyor
Conveyors used to automatically convey products by their edges through a variety of manual assembly processes. They are designed to maximize ergonomic comfort for the operator with a 15° tilt option, while also providing a flexible assembly platform.
