Simplimatic’s aisleway conveyors create pedestrian aisleways in a production line that allow product to be conveyed across an opening, conveyed overhead or conveyed under objects, or within recessed flooring, to create a permanent opening for an aisleway which typically would be closed. Our aisleway conveyors create an operator friendly and easy pathway to move freely among your production line, find the correct solution for your facilities requirements.
Lift Gate
Products are to be conveyed across this machine until an operator presses the “open” button, which pauses the up-line flow and unlocks the gate. The gate features a counter-weighted electromagnetic lock, designed for easy opening.
Shuttle Gate
Products will be conveyed across an opening in a production line. The shuttle remains retracted until a board is ready to transfer. The average cycle time is seven seconds.
Walk-Over
Products are conveyed under overhead objects or within recessed flooring at a PCB manufacturing facility. Conveying near or below the manufacturing floor level allows operators to cross over the conveyor with stairs or by stepping directly onto the conveyor without the need to travel around the line.
Walk-Under
Products are conveyed overhead the production area creating a permanent opening within an SMT line. By opening a pathway in the production line, foot traffic can pass under the manufacturing line without interrupting production.
