The Key Wrapping Principles

Turntable Wrapping

In the turntable wrapper the load is placed on a rotating turntable, which spins the load while the stretch film is applied by a film carriage that moves up and down wrapping stretch film around the load.

A space efficient wrapping method widely used in warehouses. Ideal for lighter and medium heavy loads that can be easily rotated.

Adjustable wrapping speed and film tension providing a tight wrap with for optimal load stability.

Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapping

In the rotary arm stretch wrapper, the load remains stationary while a rotating arm with the stretch film moves around the load to wrap it.

Ideal for heavy, tall, low, unstable, or irregularly shaped loads because the loads don't have to move, reducing the risk of tipping or shifting.

Providing uniform film tension and optimum load-to-pallet retention for maximum load stability.

Orbital Wrapping

In the orbital wrapper, the load passes through a rotating ring that dispenses the stretch film as it rotates horizontally around the load.

Ideal application for wrapping not only fully cubed loads or awkwardly shaped loads, but also long and narrow products such as pipes, lumber, or carpets that exceed standard pallet dimensions.

Our orbital wrappers allow for different wrapping patterns to be applied based on the load requirements. This adaptability helps provide optimal load protection and stability.
