Cimtrak® Unloading Systems
Providing unloading systems for PCB handling, including Magazine Unloader, Mini Magazine Unloader, Micro Magazine Unloader and a Bare Board Stacker.
All of our unloading systems are designed with solid conveyor belt construction and have fiberglass-reinforced transmission belts for superior strength. Our unloading conveyors feature zero gaps between belt and edges to eliminate jams and have adjustable in-feed tips. Models available with several PLC options and can be configured for smart industry 4.0 communication along with reliable DC stepper motors.
Magazine Unloader
Designed to add printed circuit boards and other flat panel products at the beginning of an SMT or electronics manufacturing line.
Mini Magazine Unloader
Designed to introduce product from a magazine onto the beginning of a manufacturing line. Using standard magazines, the machine can unload up to 50 populated boards without operator intervention.
Micro Magazine Unloader
Designed to remove product from a manufacturing line and into a magazine. This highly efficient, rugged machine handles standard 2.3”, 3.1”, 4.3, and 5.4” magazines commonly used for FOL carriers and AUER Boats.
Bare Board Stacker
High-speed method for removing unpopulated printed circuit boards (PCBs) from product marking lines or cells. The equipment can be configured to operate in pass-through operation when board stacking is not required. A popular method for removing boards in high-mix applications.
