Providing loading systems for multiple use cases including the Magazine Loader, Mini Magazine Loader, Micro Magazine Loader and Side-By-Side Loaders.
All of our loading systems are designed with solid conveyor belts and manufactured with aluminium framework providing a strong chassis. Equipped with DC stepper motors allowing for precise adjustments to velocity, torque, and acceleration. The conveyors features zero gaps between belt and edges to eliminate jams and is available with several PLC options and can be configured for smart industry 4.0 communication.
Magazine Loader
Designed to add products into a magazine at the end of manufacturing lines. Using standard PCB magazines this machine can load up to 150 populated boards without a user intervention.
Mini Magazine Loader
Designed to remove product from the end of a surface-mount line and insert it into a magazine. With standard PCB magazines, the machine can unload up to 50 populated boards without operator intervention.
Micro Magazine Loader
Designed to remove product from a manufacturing line and into a magazine. Highly efficient, handles standard 2.3”, 3.1”, 4.3, and 5.4” magazines. Flexible unit to working well in high-mix environments.
Side-by-Side Magazine Loader
Designed for loading or unloading of PCBs in dual-track assembly lines. This machine uses 5 mm edge contact to provide stability throughout conveying and features a teachable servo-controlled shuttle action.
