SIG-RCM Automatic Strapping Machine

The SIG-RCM retractable chute machine is specifically designed for the process of bundling timber related products. The machines compact and robust design allows the use of either a 5, 9 or 12mm machine grade polypropylene strapping. The high-speed movable chute and robust strapping unit maximizes uptime and productivity. The strap chute is designed with maintenance in mind, limiting potential damage to the unit. Coupled with few parts and low service requirements as well as a 3 million cycle warranty on chute flaps. The machine comes with a modular design so the dispenser and control panel modules can be placed to suit the customers layout, this flexible solution fitted with an intuitive HMI control panel improves productivity.

  • Straightforward Controls
    The simple and intuitive controls enable strap tension to be modified, different programs to be selected and provides information on machine status.
  • Auto-Strap Cycle
    In case of a misfeed the unit automatically refeeds the strap to secure the load. Around 85% of misfeeds go unnoticed as are resolved automatically for continuous operations.
  • Precision Bundling
    Adjustable and repeatable strap tension with polypropylene strap supporting bundles to be secured limiting damage on the sensitive product surfaces.
