Features and Benefits

• Comfortable ergonomic design
  Lightweight (1.2 kg), has a well-balanced center of gravity, and is equipped with contoured rubber grip to provide a comfortable operating experience for the user, and helps eliminate wrist strain. 
• Selectable dual output selection
  Equipped with a selectable HI/LO output pressure switch to accommodate a variety of applications. This option allows the user to choose between a HI output pressure of up to 0.17 bar (2.5 psi) or a LO output pressure of up to 0.1 bar (1.5 psi). The switch comes with a security cover to protect from inadvertent switching. The security cover feature also allows for supervisors to set operating pressure.
• Unlimited mobility with no airlines
  The inflator allows customers to increase their productivity and eliminate expensive compressed air systems, air hoses and trip hazards.
• Fast inflation speed
  Superior speed that reduces the amount of time spent installing the airbag and creates more time for completion of other tasks. The Max™ Inflator is twice as fast as battery-powered blowers not specifically designed for use with airbags.
• Superior output pressure
  Increased output pressure. pushes products to the walls and effectively secures them, reducing risk of shifting in transit. Traditional style battery inflators range from 0.05 to 0.08 bar, which run the risk of not effectively securing the load.
• Visual Indicator
  The tool is equipped with a pressure indicator light which illuminates when the tool is being operated. When the proper pressure has been obtained the LED task light will flash, an acoustic signal sounds and the inflator will automatically shuts off after 3 seconds in Low mode, 9 seconds in High mode

Inflator Adaptors & Compatibility

The MAX™ Inflator is compatible with all Signode Cross Valve, Turboflow Valve and Striker Valve dunnage bags. A complete range of inflation adaptors is available for use with the inflator.
