Mobile Arm Wrapping Machines

Mobile rotary arm stretch wrappers designed for wrapping of heavy, unstable, irregular loads. Unlike turntable wrappers, which rotate the load, our rotary arm wrappers feature a rotating arm that moves around the stationary load. This configuration allows for greater flexibility in wrapping irregularly shaped or fragile items and minimizes the risk of load instability during the wrapping process. The wrappers do not require firm fixation to the floor.

This range includes everything from stand-alone wrappers, to wrappers with a FLT installed, and wrappers that can be moved around with a pallet jack allowing for the wrappers to be easily moved next to the load for wrapping versus having every load brought to the wrappers.

Use oriented stretch wrap film also available from Signode. The mechanical properties of our oriented core-less films combined with customized wrapping patterns allow for a consistent load containment and the necessary pallet stability during transport.

• On Spot Wrapping

  Machines can be moved to the desired wrapping locations. No need to transport possible unstable loads to the wrapper.

• Dual Power Source

  No need for an electricity power source next to the machines. They can also be powered by a rechargeable long life battery (capacity of up to 250 pallets per charge, based on 10 revolutions per pallet). The Cobra RA-MM is powered via the forklift truck as it has no battery solution.

• Programmable Wrapping Patterns & Pallet Versatility

  Four individual wrapping programs can be stored to meet the demands of the most demanding applications; store the program to meet a versatile range of pallets including those as high as 2.4m allowing for better utilization of transport space in the distribution chain.
