MH VRB Side Seal Machine
The machine is built as standard with heavy-duty aluminum, strap chute flaps for high-speed strap feeding and accurate and importantly vertical strap positioning onto the load. The strap chute is built to suit each customer application. The strap auto-feeds from the dispenser into the sealer unit head reducing operator effort. The standard strapping head is the MHC Modular head for heavy-duty 9-12mm Dylastic® PP or Tenax® PET polyester strapping. The head is side-mounted on the machine frame for optimum strap tension transmission around the package and indexes onto the side of the load.

Lightweight MH-Module feed and sealer units weight only 10-12Kg (22-26.5lb) so are easy to exchange to suit your strapping needs. All modules are easily accessible by machine operators for access and operations during possible service work. - Pallet Strapping
Frequency controlled bayonet for through the pallet strapping fixes goods securely to pallets, suitable for the majority of pallets with a minimum height of 350mm (137.8in).
