Cobra® Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapping Machines
Providing Cobra semi-automatic stretch wrappers with models based on turntable, rotary arm and the orbital wrapping technology. Each wrapping principle is chosen based on the shape, size, weight, and stability of the load, as well as the specific packaging requirements.
The Key Wrapping Principles
Turntable Wrapping
In the turntable wrapper the load is placed on a rotating turntable, which spins the load while the stretch film is applied by a film carriage that moves up and down wrapping stretch film around the load.
A space efficient wrapping method widely used in warehouses. Ideal for lighter and medium heavy loads that can be easily rotated.
Adjustable wrapping speed and film tension providing a tight wrap with for optimal load stability.
Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapping
In the rotary arm stretch wrapper, the load remains stationary while a rotating arm with the stretch film moves around the load to wrap it.
Ideal for heavy, tall, low, unstable, or irregularly shaped loads because the loads don't have to move, reducing the risk of tipping or shifting.
Providing uniform film tension and optimum load-to-pallet retention for maximum load stability.
