turntable and overhead models to provide the best possible solution
for your packaging application. Overhead models, which rotate film
around a stationary load, can wrap more loads per hour than turntable
models and are ideal for light, unstable loads which could topple
when spun on a turntable. Turntable equipment generally provides
a low cost alternative for applications that do not require the
speed or load stability provided by an overhead model. All Signode
stretch wrapping machines feature powered prestretch film carriages
designed to achieve optimum performance from our machine grade

 Signode's
powered prestretch carriages accurately and consistently elongate
stretch film up to 300% before it's applied to the load. This ensures
a secure, unitized load while using less film. The prestretch systems
control the stretch level and wrap force independently to ensure
safe wrapping of light, fragile loads and maximum holding power
for heavy or irregular loads.
