Power strap feeders |
|
 Power strap feeders significantly increase production efficiency for hand tool strapping applications by automatically threading strapping around the product and back to the operator to be strapped. These systems are available for circumferential and through-the-eye coil packaging applications.

Slit coil packaging systems |
|
 The M20-SV Series slit coil packaging systems are designed for metal service centers. These machines all feature the rugged, reliable M20 steel strapping head for dependable, low-maintenance operation. We manufacture models that can be equipped with a manipulating table or integrated with an existing one.

|
Bar and tube bundling |
|
 For bar and tube bundling, we manufacture the M400-BRP Series steel strapping machines. Depending upon the model, these machines may be installed in a fixed position or on top of a transfer car for round or square products.

|
Circumferential coil packaging systems |
|
 The M400-CH Series circumferential coil packaging systems are designed for strapping large diameter flat rolled steel coils. Models are available for coils with a horizontal axis that is in-line with conveyor travel and for coils that are perpendicular to conveyor flow.

Through-the-eye coil strapping |
|
Through-the-eye coil strapping is performed by our M400-EH Series strapping machines. These machines feature a retracting strapping head carriage and pivoting strap chutes to provide convenient, in-line strapping of large diameter steel coils. |

Stacked products |
|
 The M400-12 strapping machine accommodates a variety of stacked products, such as zinc slabs or aluminum ingots. It features a fixed chute system for use with roller conveyor.
