MHG SIGNATURE BUNDLING MACHINE FEATURES

Bolt-on application or self-contained unit

The MHG's versatile design includes a bolt-on application, which improves machine stability to ensure consistent, accurate strap placement. The MHG is also available as a self-contained unit on a moveable cart.

Modular design

The MHG's modular design consists of separate feed and seal modules that weigh less than 30 lbs each. Modules are easy to access and can be changed out quickly for routine maintenance, minimizing downtime.

Fully accessible strap path

A hinged door on the feed module provides full access to the strap path.

Adaptable to any stacker configuration

The MHG's chute can be customized to fit virtually any stacker configuration and packaging operation. The MHG can accommodate vertical or horizontal applications.

LBX-2000

The LBX-2000 offers reliable performance, low maintenance operation and the highest available speed of a general duty strapping machine. Suitable for a wide range of general applications, from mailroom operations to general carton closure, the LBX-2000 cycles up to 70 straps per minute for high speed, efficient strapping. The LBX-2000 uses 5mm or 6mm Contrax polypropylene strapping.

LB-Newspaper

Designed with the operator in mind, the LB-Newspaper (LB-N) high-speed newspaper bundling machine is loaded with innovative features making it the newspaper industry's most reliable bundler as well as the easiest to operate and service. The LB-N straps up to 40 bundles per minute and uses 3/16" or 1/4" strapping.

Fully accessible strap path

Machine doors and panels can be opened or fully removed, providing access to all internal components. The LB-N’s “copy machine” design also provides complete access to the entire strap path, enabling jam clearing in 20 seconds without using any tools.

Automatic cut-off and refeed

The LB-N automatically ejects misfed strap, rethreads itself and continues strapping without requiring operator intervention.

 CPC compression strapping machine

The CPC compression strapping machine saves time, money and labor while improving load security and reducing product damage. Designed specifically to accommodate a wide variety of pallets common to the Commercial Printing Industry, the CPC compresses and straps loads of advertising supplements, newspaper inserts, signatures and other printed materials in one efficient operation. The hydraulic compression improves retained strap tension by exhausting trapped air from loads, so there's less product shifting during handling and transit. The CPC uses 7/16” Tenax polyester strapping.

CPC FEATURES

Reliable, easy to maintain MCD strapping heads

The CPC's two MCD strapping heads rotate easily into the service position and are equipped with electrical quick disconnects for fast, easy maintenance.

Cross strapping option

The CPC can be equipped with pallet void feeding attachments to facilitate cross-strapping of pallets with bottom deckboards.

Conveyor turntable

The CPC's automatic, heavy-duty, rotating turntable, with Rotek™ bearing, turns loads 90° or 180°, permitting control of load tag positioning.

Digital compression

Compression is adjustable up to 10,000 lbs. for maximum load stability.
