To ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation, the Revolution down-packing strapping system comes standard with automatic refeed. This feature automatically attempts to refeed the strap up to three times when an obstruction is inhibiting the strap feeding process. |

The Revolution down-packing system features a joint rotation mechanism that rotates the strap joint to the ball of the bale. Relocating the joint protects it from the stresses of stacking and rough handling in the warehouse. |

 The M-634Z plastic strapping head is comprised of a strap feed and take-up module and a sealing module, which are independently controlled and conveniently slide out of the strapping head carriage for maintenance purposes. This easy access design enables the replacement of a strapping head module between strap cycles, eliminating downtime when service is required.
