Power strapping machines, the most efficient method for strap application, ensure uniform strap placement and product integrity. We manufacture automatic bale packaging systems for cotton and fiber baling applications.
Signode's Revolution down-packing strapping system can apply up to six straps simultaneously, eliminating the indexing time needed to apply multiple straps. This efficiency, combined with a 10 second cycle time, enables you to gin more cotton faster which shortens your ginning season and reduces overhead and labor costs. Down-packing PDF Video
FEATURES
Automatic refeed
To ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation, the Revolution down-packing strapping system comes standard with automatic refeed. This feature automatically attempts to refeed the strap up to three times when an obstruction is inhibiting the strap feeding process.
Joint rotation mechanism
The Revolution down-packing system features a joint rotation mechanism that rotates the strap joint to the ball of the bale. Relocating the joint protects it from the stresses of stacking and rough handling in the warehouse.
Revolution up-packing strapping system

This efficiency, combined with a 10 second cycle time, enables you to gin more cotton faster which shortens your ginning season and reduces overhead and labor costs. Up-packing PDF Video
FEATURES
Modular design
The M-634Z plastic strapping head is comprised of a strap feed and take-up module and a sealing module, which are independently controlled and conveniently slide out of the strapping head carriage for maintenance purposes. This easy access design enables the replacement of a strapping head module between strap cycles, eliminating downtime when service is required.
Automatic refeed
To ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation, the Revolution up-packing strapping system comes standard with automatic refeed. This feature automatically attempts to refeed the strap up to three times when an obstruction is inhibiting the strap feeding process.
