CPC

The CPC compression strapping machine saves time, money and labor while improving load security and reducing product damage. Designed specifically to accommodate a wide variety of pallets common to the Commercial Printing Industry, the CPC compresses and straps loads of advertising supplements, newspaper inserts, signatures and other printed materials in one efficient operation. The hydraulic compression improves retained strap tension by exhausting trapped air from loads, so there's less product shifting during handling and transit. The CPC uses 7/16" Tenax polyester strapping.

LBX-2330

The LBX-2330 automatic strapping machine provides high speed, jam-resistant operation for a wide range of direct mail applications. The LBX-2330 has fewer parts and a number of features that make it easy to use and maintain. The LBX-2330 cycles up to 70 straps per minute and uses Contrax polypropylene strapping.

LBX-2000

The LBX-2000 offers reliable performance, low maintenance operation and the highest available speed of a general duty strapping machine. Suitable for a wide range of direct mail applications, from mailroom operations to general carton closure, the LBX-2000 cycles up to 70 straps per minute for high speed, efficient strapping. The LBX-2000 uses 5mm or 6mm Contrax polypropylene strapping.

Designed for efficient and economical pallet wrapping, the Cobra 525 wraps up to 35 loads per hour with an unlimited weight capacity. Available in two models, the column model has a small footprint to conserve space, while the gantry model is a freestanding unit that is easy to relocate as your packaging needs change.

Raptor 525

The Raptor 525 semiautomatic turntable stretch wrapping system can wrap up to 35 loads per hour. By prestretching the film up to 250%, the Raptor 525 improves film economy by using less film than hand wrapping. A wide selection of optional equipment is available.

Cobra 1525

Wrapping up to 30 loads per hour on the 1525A and 35 loads per hour on the 1525CN, the Cobra 1525 series provide high speed stretch packaging with the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of load configurations. The 1525 series can be integrated into an existing production line or used as a stand alone, off-line unit.

The BXT combination tool applies polyester strapping, utilizing friction weld joint technology to join the strap ends. The battery-operated BXT has a simple two-button process and ergonomic design to reduce operator fatigue.

The model VT-10 and VT-13 combination tools apply Contrax, Dymax and Tenax strapping. Strap ends are joined with Signode's patented Tension-weld process, eliminating the need for metal seals.
