Signode plastic strapping systems for the Corrugated Industry consist of Contrax® polypropylene strapping, Tenax® polyester strapping, seals, hand tools, power strapping equipment, dispensers and accessories.
Tenax polyester strapping is ideally suited for unitizing corrugated loads and can be applied by hand tools or power strapping equipment. This strapping material yields higher break strengths and maintains a higher level of retained strap tension than polypropylene strapping for maximum load stability. This prevents corrugated loads from expanding after being strapped. Some sizes of Tenax are available in long coils for fewer coil changeovers and greater uptime. View specifications
