 Octopus 303 BP

The Octopus BP automatic stretch wrapping machine features a patented rotary wrapping ring, which can be programmed to start and stop film application at any height on the load without returning to the starting point. This can reduce film costs by up to 50% and generates a virtually unlimited selection of wrapping patterns. This compact machine uses minimal floor space so it fits easily into tight spaces and can mount over existing conveyors or be equipped with its own conveyors. The Octopus BP system can wrap a maximum of 45 loads per hour.

Octo-Thread film carriage

Prestretches film up to 300% for maximum film economy and superior load stability.

Automatic film cut and heat seal

Mounted on the wrapping frame, the heat sealing device rises and lowers with the film carriage to positively seal the film tail at any height on the load. This feature allows the Octopus to wrap from the bottom of the load up, improving productivity by reducing the time required to wrap each load.

"Tail tuck" film tail containment

The patented tail tuck device "tucks" the film tail under the last two webs of stretch film to eliminate loose tails.

Logo Wrap, custom printed with your company name or logo, helps to identify stretch wrapped loads and their origin. The Logo Wrap dispenser, easily integrated into any new or existing Octopus, applies the printed film under the standard stretch film during the normal wrapping cycle.
