Strapping Systems Horizontal Strapping Machines
AM 404-H
The
fully automatic AM 404-H stationary, steel strapping machine applies
horizontal straps to cubes of concrete blocks or pavers. The strap
chute descends to apply multiple straps at various programmed heights
on the cube, ascends again, and the cube indexes to the next strapping
station. The AM 404-H uses 13mm and 16mm steel strapping.

Horizontal design
The AM 404-H applies
horizontal strapping to unitize cubes and prevent lateral shifting
during transport and handling.
Optional 7° incline
The machine can be
inclined 7° to the left or right to accommodate interlocking
pavers.
High tension
The hydraulically
powered tensioning module applies high tension to ensure a secure,
stable cube.

Strapping Systems Vertical Strapping Machines
AM 101-H
The AM 101-H stationary,
steel strapping system automatically applies vertical straps to
cubes of concrete block or pavers. The cube is positioned by an
internal conveyor, strapped, and indexed to the next programmed
position where it is strapped again. The strapping machine is equipped
with a fixed chute to feed strapping beneath the conveyor and chute.
The AM 101-H uses 13mm and 16mm strapping.

AM 109-H
The fully automatic
AM 109-H stationary, steel strapping machine applies vertical steel
strapping to cubes of concrete blocks or pavers. Equipped with
a bayonet, the AM 109-H feeds strapping through conveyor or pallet
voids beneath the cube. Positioned by an internal conveyor, the
cube receives one vertical strap and is then indexed to the next
strapping position. The 109-H uses 13mm and 16mm steel strapping.

AM 114-H
The
AM 114-H automatic, steel strapping machine applies vertical straps
to cubes of concrete blocks or pavers. Equipped with a bayonet,
the AM 114-H feeds strapping through conveyor or pallet voids beneath
the cube, which is positioned by conveyor in front of the strapping
machine. Indexing along the cube, the AM 114-H applies the pre-selected
number of straps. It then returns to the home position to accept
the next incoming cube. The AM 114-H uses 13mm and 16mm steel strapping.
