a wide range of automatic and operatorless models for brick
and concrete paver applications. These systems protect brick
and paver cubes from the hazards of handling, shipping, storage
and stacking.
The Z-20 modular
strapping head for plastic strapping is designed to reduce maintenance
costs and accommodate faster production speeds. The Z-20's narrow,
compact design allows strapping heads to be mounted side by side,

Modular design
The Z-20's innovative
modular design consists of separate sealing and tensioning modules
each weighing less than 60 lbs. These lightweight modules are easy
to access and can be changed out quickly for routine maintenance.
No adjustments
needed
The Z-20 can accommodate
special production runs without making any strapping head adjustments.
Regular brick packs and half packs can be interchanged during production
runs.

AM 804-HT
The
fully automatic AM 804-HT stationary strapping machine applies
horizontal straps to concrete block and paver cubes. The strap
chute descends over the cube to apply multiple straps at various
programmed heights on the cube, ascends again, and the cube indexes
to the next strapping station. The AM 804-HT uses 13mm and 16mm
polypropylene and polyester strapping. Video

during transport and handling.

Optional 7° incline

AM 501-HT
The AM 501-HT automatic,
stationary, plastic strapping machine applies vertical straps to
concrete block or paver cubes. The cube is positioned by an internal
conveyor, strapped, and indexed to the next programmed position
where it is strapped again. The strapping machine is equipped with
a fixed chute to feed strapping beneath the conveyor and cube.
The AM 501-HT uses 13mm and 16mm polypropylene and polyester strapping.

AM 509-HT
The automatic AM
509-HT stationary, plastic strapping machine applies vertical strapping
to cubes of concrete blocks or pavers. Equipped with a bayonet,
the AM 509-HT feeds strapping through conveyor or pallet voids
beneath the cube. Positioned by an internal conveyor, the cube
receives one vertical strap and is then indexed to the next strapping
position. The AM 509-HT uses 13mm and 16mm polypropylene and polyester
strapping.

AM 514-HT

AM 514-HT automatic, moving, plastic strapping machine applies
vertical straps to cubes of concrete blocks or pavers. Equipped
with a bayonet, the AM 514-HT feeds strapping through conveyor
or pallet voids beneath the cube which is positioned by conveyor
in front of the strapping machine. Indexing along the cube, the
AM 514-HT applies the pre-selected number of straps. It then returns
to the home position to accept the next incoming cube. The AM 514-HT
applies 13mm and 16mm polypropylene and polyester strapping. Video
