Multi-level tensioning system
The MHB-TP12’s innovative tensioning system equalizes the strap tension from the top and bottom to provide more accurate strap tension that remains consistent throughout the cycling process.
Modular strapping heads
Separate, lightweight tensioning and sealing modules are easy to access and remove for maintenance, drastically reducing downtime. When switching to a spare module, the MHB-TP12 can be up and running in minutes.
The Octopus 505,
606 and 808 models feature the patented rotary wrapping ring, which
can be programmed to start and stop film application at any height
on the load without returning to the starting point. This reduces
film costs by up to 50% and generates a virtually unlimited selection
of wrapping patterns. These machines wrap a maximum of 80 to 120
loads per hour depending upon the model.

Mounted on the wrapping
frame, the heat sealing device rises and lowers with the film carriage
to positively seal the film tail at any height on the load. This
feature allows the Octopus to wrap from the bottom of the load
up, reducing the time required to wrap the load. The result is
greater productivity.
